By using this website you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Safety

The safety of your child is your responsibility so please use common sense! Please be aware of your child at all times when wearing them and allow lots of space. Do not do dangerous activities such as cycling, riding, skiing etc, where the chance of falling with your child is high. Be very cautious around fire and heat sources, and always bend from your knees rather than the back.

Always check the sling/carrier over for wear and tear, and until confident have a second person to assist if needed when getting the child in and out. It can be very useful to stand over a soft surface (such as a bed or sofa) and to check in a mirror that you have put the sling/carrier on correctly, plus also please check the safety of any knots regularly while wearing.

Please be aware that positional asphyxia (suffocation) can occur in young babies if they are not correctly positioned. This can happen when the babies chin is pressed against their chest and restricts airflow, so PLEASE ensure that the babies airway is unobstructed and the baby is breathing regularly at all times, especially when sleeping!

Anara Slings cannot be held liable for any injuries caused by misuse of any sling/carrier or accessory.

Postage

All prices over £30 include free signed for postage by Royal Mail within the UK, unless stated otherwise. For orders under £30 they include standard free postage. If the order contains multiple, heavy or bulky items the order maybe dispatched by Courier on a 2-3 day delivery service.

We always aim to dispatch by next working day (on items in stock), but please allow up to 5 workings days as we are a family run business. We will always try to contact you if there is any delay.

If you require your order quicker, then you can select the Special delivery option for an extra £5.95. (24/48 hour delivery, excluding weekends & Bank holidays)

For European Airmail delivery within the EU there is an extra charge of £8.95 per item – a refund maybe issued based on cost price (Royal Mail aim for 3-5 working days delivery). Any customs or taxes incurred are to be covered by the customer.

*Please note that if items are returned or exchanged then the extra shipping charges are not refundable.

We are afraid that we cannot ship to countries outside the EU due to insurance restrictions.

Anara Slings are not liable for any customs/import charges that may be incurred by the customer, this includes when items are shipped directly from supplier to customer when the customer has been notified that this is the case.

Returns & exchanges

For all returns please initially contact us at sales@anaraslings.co.uk

You may return items to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or for an exchange (our FREE shipping only applies to your initial order, exchanges will be charged at cost, you have to cover the return postage charges – except where an item is deemed faulty), provided they are in pristine re-saleable condition (as new) with full packaging and instructions. If an item shows signs of wear, we may at our discretion offer a partial refund. We recommend all returns should be sent by Special Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns. Refunds will only be processed when we have received the items and checked them.

If an item is faulty or damaged we must be notified within 7 days of receipt, a full refund or exchange will be offered including shipping costs. In cases of damage during transit please return all packaging with the item, so we can claim compensation ourselves.

If an item purchased is know too be faulty (commonly know as a 2nd) we will at our discretion offer a refund or exchange (plus differences), any shipping costs for the return/replacement of the item are too be covered by the purchaser as they were aware the wrap contained defects.

*Please note that we will not reimburse any return postage costs on non faulty returns.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order from the time you place it, and up to 7 working days after the goods have been received, according to the regulations set down by the EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7. Please contact us at sales@anaraslings.co.uk to inform us, and return the items within the 7 day cooling off period in an as new unused and unwashed state or it will be understood that you have accepted the goods.

Pricing

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Anara Slings until Anara Slings dispatches the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Anara Slings of your offer to buy goods from Anara Slings (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

Email Contact

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

This confirmatory e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.

The confirmatory e-mail will also contain a link to these terms and conditions, and may be amended from time to time.

You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

All prices include UK shipping. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time.

Payment

We accept payment via credit or debit cards (via PayPal), Paypal funded transactions.

Please note that items will not be shipped until all payments have cleared.

Special order items or pre-orders

If you are interested in ordering an item we don’t currently or usually have in stock then please contact us. If we are able to fulfill your order we ask for payment to be made up front, before we place the order with our supplier. Please note that for these custom items only we do not accept returns (unless faulty) or cancellations and once ordered you are committed to the purchase.
